🔥 Final Verdict
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ (4.5/5)
“Easy Come, Easy Go” is one of the best songs The All-American Rejects have dropped in over a decade.
The Rejects are back with their second single as promised. “Easy Come, Easy Go” is a high energy alt-pop track. From the onset you are greeted with distorted guitars. Tyson Ritter’s vocals and lyricism are at full display here. The chorus is arena-sized without being try-hard. It’s simple, chantable, and built for house parties and comeback sets. This song might possibly be the heaviest track by the band thus far. With two singles out from their upcoming album we get a taste of things to come. The Rejects have always evolved while staying true to themselves. The Rejects have always evolved, and these tracks feel fresh while still unmistakably AAR. They scream who the band is, not who they were.
If they’re keeping the same rollout rhythm, we might expect the next track to drop on 7/17.
